Nutrient Stability in the Harshest Conditions
NEW HAMPTON, N.Y.Microencapsulation is an effective method to stabilize nutrients in supplements and food products. A wide range of nutrients, such as probiotics, ascorbic acid, ferrous sulfate, choline chloride and omega-3 oils, can be protected from oxidative degradation or adverse ingredient interactions during supplement or food preparation and storage.
