Kd-pür allows the customization of omega-3 concentrations, as well as specific EPA/DHA ratios targeting specific health areas such as brain function, cardiovascular health and anti-inflammatory conditions. It also allows for the gentle extraction of Omega-3 oils in their utmost purity and concentration (up to 99%). The kd-pür technology involves a two-step process for extracting and refining highly purified omega-3s from fish oil.

Both steps use carbon dioxide in a super critical state so called supercritical CO2. This advanced technology gently extracts Omega-3 fatty acids without applying excessive heat and/or chemical solvents. Thereby, this process eliminates the possibility of the formation of unwanted by-products, of exposure to contamination and of residual solvents in the end product. With help of an especially in-house adapted low temperature technology the kd-pür process reduces the contaminants levels, found even in the best natural fish oils, down to their individual detection limits or very close to this value.
