Croda Launches PureMax Web Site

EDISON, N.J.Croda Inc. developed a new consumer education Web site, PureMax.com, designed to offer information about omega-3 essential fatty acids (EFAs) and their health effects, as well as tips to selecting quality omega-3 dietary supplements. The new mascot for PureMax, Crodas omega-3 line, is Percy the Puffin, who will headline the omega-3 education campaign across other Web sites and social media, as well as in school outreach programs.

Laura Kelly, marketing manager, Croda, noted in addition to educational materials, the site includes recipes that deliver omega-3s and an interactive Q&A tool to submit queries to the companys nutritionist Greg Weatherhead. The PureMax.com site is a one-stop shop for health conscious consumers who wish to learn about omega-3 and its many health benefits," she said. We are also pleased to support all our partner products that have chosen to use the PureMax brand on their omega-3 supplements."

More than 30 dietary supplement products around the world currently carry the PureMax brand logo, with additional items set to be launched by the end of 2010. The products are also highlighted on the PureMax.com Web site to allow consumers to easily locate products that contain Crodas PureMax ingredients.
