Cyvex Nutrition to Participate in Protein Seminar

IRVINE, Calif.Cyvex Nutrition announced its participation as an exhibitor and sponsor for the Protein Trends & Technologies Seminar, a one-day event in Arlington Heights, Ill., dedicated to the protein-enhanced foods, beverages and dietary supplement industry.
Cyvex Nutrition is a California-based provider of proprietary, condition-specific ingredients and specializes in various formulations of protein ingredients. The company will be exhibiting its protein offerings at the seminar such as SOLATHIN®, a pure potato protein concentrate made of low molecular weight proteins, and Alfapro, an alfalfa juice protein concentrate consisting of more than 50 percent protein, 18 amino acids, antioxidants, chlorophyll, xanthophylls, vitamins, minerals and alpha-linolenic acid, an omega-3 fatty acid.
