PC Boosts Lipid Bioavailability

LAS VEGASAn emulsion containing phosphatidylcholine (PC), the major component of biological membranes and a supplemental source of natural choline, increases bioavailability of lipophilic active supplement ingredients, according to Christoph Heuberger, Ph.D., product manager, dietetics, Lipoid AG, who will cover this topic at SupplySide West in Las Vegas.
