Scott Herbert Promoted to Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing, Omega Protein

HOUSTONOmega Protein, Inc. is pleased to announce that Scott Herbert has been promoted to senior vice president of Sales and Marketing. In his new capacity, Herbert will oversee sales and marketing for OmegaPure refined fish oil, rich in long chain omega-3 fatty acids. OmegaPure is used by many companies as an ingredient in which to fortify their food and beveragesgiving consumers options for obtaining a balanced diet.

Herbert, a graduate of the University of Tennessee, joined the company in 1992. His strong work ethic and extensive knowledge of the companys business and operations will serve him well as he assumes these new responsibilities.
