HASBROUCK HEIGHTS, N.J.—A new water-soluble omega-3 fatty acid (FA) formulation is available from Zymes (www.zymesllc.com) in conjunction with the company’s Ubisol- Aqua™ solubilization technology, which improves solubility, enhances bioavailability, and reduces particle size to nanometers. The new, water-soluble omega-3 product has an average particle size of 34 nanometers.
