Douglas Machine Inc. ~ Apex Sleever

ALEXANDRIA, Minn.Douglas Machine Inc. customized its Apex Sleever to improve package integrity for multipacks of bottles and cups. New features include packing for two-, four- or six-pack bottles of health drinks and drinkable yogurt; position and lock bottle tops; notches in the sleeve; and fold gussets into bottom corners of the sleeve to contain the base of bottles. For multi-packing cups of Greek yogurt, the Apex place the bottom of the cups into individual holes in the sleeve. The sleeve is then wrapped around the top of the products and sealed. It has a high-speed capability and can tightly contain multipacks of cups and bottles.
