PARSIPPANY, N.J.DSM Nutritional Products is increasing its global price for vitamin D3 marketed in the human nutrition industry by a minimum of 10 percent. The company said the price increase is necessary due to higher costs of raw materials, energy and transportation, and higher demand. The price increase is effective immediately and all existing contracts will be honored.
