ProTab Completes GMP Audit, Expands Lines

RANCHO SANTA MARGARITA, Calif.ProTab Labs completed its cGMP (good manufacturing practice) audit with NSF International, and was found to conform to all GMP requirements. The company has also recently expanded its production capacity, adding two additional high speed, fully automated compression machines for tableting and one new high speed, fully automated encapsulating machine for capsule fill. ProTab also installed a new state-of-the-art packaging line to increase its capacities for finished product requirements. The company now has a broad array of custom manufacturing options for tablets, capsules and powder form formulations, including chewable, bi-layer, sublingual, enteric coated and specialty formulations.
