Scilabs Manufacturing ProLab for Natrol

IRVINE, Calif.Scilabs Nutraceuticals signed a multi-year contract with Natrol to manufacture the ProLab line of sports nutrition products. The collaboration between Scilabs and Natrols ProLab sports nutrition line is the logical progression of the relationship between the two companies," said Bryan Coy, Scilabs' vice president of sales. While business has been brisk, the expected quarterly purchase orders will push our powder business alone up by more than 700 percent. We expect our purchasing for raw materials and associated components to quadruple for just these orders."

Scilabs Nutraceuticals recently expanded its manufacturing facility and acquired a second facility, tripling its existing manufacturing space to more than 80,000 square feet of production and warehousing capabilities. The company noted it is also fully compliant with all state and federal regulations, operating in compliance with cGMPs (current good manufacturing practices).
