TSI Acquires Contract Manufacturer Yessamin

MISSOULA, Mont.TSI Group finalized its acquisition of Yessamin Health Company, a Norwegian-invested contract manufacturing facility in China. TSI is a Hong Kong-based ingredient developer and manufacturer.

Yessamin produced and packaged tablets, hard two-piece gelatin, vegetarian capsules and softgels for dietary supplements. The company focused on Norway, Sweden, Denmark and China. Its facilities are GMP (good manufacturing practice) certifies, and the acquisition will increase TSI's manufacturing and supply chain capabilities in China. TSI now has six manufacturing facilities in China.
