2010 RCA Conference Registration Open

ATLANTAThe Research Chefs Association has announced that online registration is open for the 2010 conference, taking place in Phoenix on March 17 to 20 at the Hyatt Regency. Pre-conference events in and around the Phoenix area will take place on Wednesday, March 17th. The Culinology Expo will take place at the Phoenix Convention Center, and the Opening Reception will take place at the Desert Botanical Gardens.
Pre-conference events include a golf tournament, Ethno-Whatany? A Unique Southwestern Culinary Tour, The Grape Escape wine tour, The Science and Wonder of Color Workshop, and a chiles workshop with Chef Mark Miller.
The 2010 conference educational sessions topics will include such subjects as chocolate, HACCP, Korean cuisine, fatty acids, nanotechnology, fiber, high-pressure processing, functional foods, and much more. Also, the keynote address will be given by Clare M. Hasler, Ph.D., MBA, executive director, Robert Mondavi Institute for Wine and Food Science, College of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences, University of California, Davis.
