KALAMAZOO, Mich.--A.M. Todd Botanicals Co. and the A.M. Todd Co. fused their business activities in late February and will move forward under the A.M. Todd Co. name. According to Jeffrey Spencer, president and chief executive officer (CEO), the business merger brings together expertise in the botanical, flavors and ingredients areas.
"In a market where there is a keen focus on functional foods, nutraceutical ingredients and dietary supplements, we are confident our new organization will bring value and new ideas to our customers," he noted in a letter to the industry.
