Amin Hallihan Formed in Chicago

CHICAGO—Rakesh Amin, former managing member of Amin Law, and William J. Hallihan, previously head of Hallihan Intellectual Property Law Ltd., formed Amin Hallihan LLC (www.AminHallihan.com), a full-service regulatory and patent boutique law firm. Amin focuses on litigation and all aspects of law concerning the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA). Hallihan manages the new firm’s Intellectual Property (IP) Practice Group, focusing on IP procurement, licensing and litigation; he is a registered patent attorney in the United States and Canada.
