Amin Renames Law Firm

CHICAGO—Rakesh Amin announced his partner in the firm of Amin Hallihan LLC, William Hallihan, has left the company to form his own company. The remaining principals of Amin, Ashish Talati and Ryan M. Kaiser, and their team of attorneys, will now operate as Amin Talati LLC, as of April 1, 2009.
