Ashland to Distribute Vyse Gelatin

DUBLIN, Ohio--The Fine Ingredients Division (FID) (www.FIDonline.com) of Ashland Distribution Company(NYSE:ASH) (www.ashdist.com) and Vyse Gelatin Company signed a distributor agreement allowing FID to become the North American distributor of Vyse Gelatin's line of gelatin products. Under the agreement, FID will market Vyse Gelatin's products in the United States, Canada and Mexico using Vyse's technical and applications support.

"Vyse Gelatin brings Fine Ingredients access to a complete line of gelatin products with the ability to customize the product's packaging and/or particle size to meet our customers' exact process requirements," said Gerald M. Snyder, vice president and general manager of FID.
