Barry Callebaut Adds Client Relations Pros to North American Staff

CHICAGOBarry Callebaut, the worlds leading manufacturer of high-quality cocoa and chocolate products headquartered in Zurich, Switzerland, recently appointed Denise Palmer as corporate accounts manager for North America.
For most of her career, Palmer has worked in product development and sales for ADM cocoa. Her most recent position as national accounts manager for technical services required her to serve as a liaison between sales and product development teams and to present in-house technical seminars to clients. Palmers team effort with R&D and other corporate groups resulted in increased sales, including a 12-million-pound increase for one client over a period of two years. In previous positions with ADM, Palmer was regional sales manager, product service and development manager, and senior product service and development technologist.
At Barry Callebaut, Palmer will utilize her client relationship-building skills to meet and grow revenue goals for accounts in North America. Her duties include planning sales and business development opportunities, including supporting local sales and service teams. She will also negotiate and maintain sales contracts. She reports to Ken Cotich.
Palmer is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin (LaCrosse) with a bachelor of science degree in chemistry.
Barry Callebaut also recently appointed Andrew Hesser as corporate accounts manager in the food manufacturing division.
Hesser joins the company with experience as a national accounts manager for Schreiber Foods, a global leader in dairy products and services. His sales experience also includes working as national accounts manager for IMSA.
At Barry Callebaut, Hesser is charged with expanding corporate food manufacturing accounts in North America. He reports to Ken Cotich.
Hesser is a graduate of Oklahoma State University with a bachelor of science degree in business.
Barry Callebaut also recently appointed Chadwick Larsen as regional sales manager for food manufacturing sales in the Midwestern United States.
An experienced food industry sales professional, Larsen most recently worked as regional manager for QA Products, a producer of confectionary toppings. He also gained valuable experience as account manager for Kerry Inc, a developer and producer of food flavors and ingredients.
At Barry Callebaut, Larsen is charged with expanding corporate food manufacturing accounts in the Midwestern region. He reports to Mark Freeman, vice president of food manufacturing sales.
Larsen graduated from South Dakota State University with a bachelor of science degree in dairy manufacturing.
