BioProgress To List on AIM, Delist from OTCBB
LONDON--BioProgress plc, a developer of soluble encapsulationmaterials, announced May 6 it was seeking to be put on the AlternativeInvestment Market (AIM) of the London Stock Exchange. Currently, through a U.S.entity, the company is on the NASDAQ OTC Bulletin Board (OTCBB). Once acceptedonto the AIM, BioProgress will delist from the OTCBB.
