Cargill, Riceland Foods Form Lecithin Alliance

MINNEAPOLIS & STUTTGART, Ark.Cargill Food & Pharma Specialties North America and Riceland Foods formed a strategic alliance to manufacture, market and sell lecithin products to food, pharmaceutical and technical customers worldwide. Under terms of the agreement, lecithin produced by the Riceland farmer-owned cooperative will be marketed and distributed by Cargill Lecithin (www.cargill.com).
