MILWAUKEE--Chr. Hansen reported its open house wassuccessful and ended with the company's customers "visibly impressed."Held in May, the open house of Chr. Hansen's dairy group was held in conjunctionwith the International Dairy Foods Association's Cultured Dairy ProductsSymposium at the company's renovated dairy culture plant. Chr. Hansen (www.chr-hansen.com)hosted 36 customers who viewed demonstrations of technical support material, aswell as highlights in the production area and quality control laboratories. Thegroup also toured Chr. Hansen's R&D facilities where David McCoy, thecompany's senior scientist, explained the company's supporting technical work.
