MILWAUKEE--Chr. Hansen Inc. will host a CulturedDairy Products Training Seminar on Feb. 11 in Denver. The one-day seminar willinclude information on the usage of bacterial starters, bacteriophage controland general information on the manufacturing of cottage cheese, yogurt,buttermilk, sour cream and cream cheese. Training is focused toward members ofthe cultured dairy industry, specifically quality control, research andproduction personnel. The seminar is free of charge and includes a complimentarylunch.
