Cognis Communication Wins International Awards

MONHEIM, Germany—Specialty chemicals supplier Cognis received five Spotlight awards from the League of American Communications Professionals (LACP) in recognition of the quality of its internal and corporate communications. These included Gold awards for the company’s Pocket Guide and 2008 Feelosophy campaign, which in the judges’ opinion perfectly reflected Cognis’ positioning as a marketing-driven company with focus on wellness and sustainability. The Cognis 2007 Annual and Sustainability Reports as well as its communications on sustainability were among the Silver award winners.
