Cognis Increases Betatene Prices

LA GRANGE, Ill.Cognis Nutrition & Health is increasing the prices on its Betatene® natural mixed carotenoids, effective for orders placed to ship after Jan. 28, 2008. Cognis implemented the increase, the first price hike in more than three years, to offset rising costs for manufacturing, energy, raw materials, transportation and currency exchanges.
