LAGRANGE, Ill.--Two managers from Cognis Nutrition & Health, based here, spoke at the Executive Committee Meeting of the Nutrition in Complementary Care Dietetic Practice Group of the American Dietetic Association. Kathleen Moran, Cognis' market segment manager for dietary supplements, and Cindy Schweitzer, Cognis' senior scientist, discussed the emerging science behind natural lutein esters and phytosterols.
