CP Kelco Joining Huber

EDISON, N.J.The J.M. HuberCorp. entered into a stock purchase agreement to acquire CP Kelco ApS fromLehman Brothers Merchant Banking Partners. Huber acquired a minority ownershipstake in CP Kelco in February 2004. CP Kelco will join Hubers EngineeredMaterials Sector, which includes Huber Engineered Materials (HEM) and Noviant.

Noviant, another division of J.M. Huber Corporation, releasedits CEKOL® cellulose gum for food products. Noviants CEKOL cellulose gumproducts meet purity criteria and is a non-calorific additive to food products.
