VEGHEL, The NetherlandsDMVInternational GmbH is now producing its direct compression lactose (DCL)excipient products in a new pharmaceutical grade production facility in NortenHardenberg, Germany. The company essentially made the decision to build theplant in order to position its global pharma excipient business to meet currentand possibly tougher future regulatory needs, said Herman Ermens, businessline director, pharma, for DMV (www.dmv-international.com). The new facilitywill concentrate DMVs production, offer economies of scale and ensureapplication of pharmaceutical standards across the range of products.
