Dynamic Essentials Out of Business

LAKE MARY, Fla.On July 18, Dynamic Essentials Inc. (DEI) closed operations. No additional products are being sold and no additional distributors will be accepted by DEI. The referral marketing company, a subsidiary of NBTY Inc., had distributed Royal Tongan Limu, containing fucoidan, a polysaccharide.

In a letter to its distributors, the companys president, Gary Raser, wrote that commissions and bonuses earned through the date of termination will be paid. In addition, all distributors must follow certain post-termination covenants including, but not limited to, maintaining the confidentiality of any proprietary and/or confidential information of DEI and immediately ceasing the use of any trademark, service mark or copyright of DEI.
