Encapsulation Company Reorganizes

ATLANTA--On Dec., 20, BioProgress TechnologyInternational Inc. (OTCBB:BPRG) announced plans to reorganize its corporatestructure. BioProgress PLC, a newly incorporated public company registered inEngland and Wales, will become the new parent company of BioProgress TechnologyInternational. After completion of the reorganization, BioProgress PLC intentsto trade shares on the London Stock Exchange's Alternative Investment Market.

BioProgress is focused on commercializing its proprietary XGelFilm Systems, which the company stated is the world's first range of animal-freeencapsulation processes, which can be used with liquids, tablets and powders.
