Enzymotec Doubles Capacity

MORRISTOWN, N.J.Enzymotec doubled its capacity to meet growing demand in its global markets. The company identified several key markets such as Australia to expand its krill oil market. A patent, held by Aker Biomarine follows the trend of krill-oil related patents, though the patent does not limit Enzymotec or its customers from selling krill oil in Australia, said Dr. Sigalit Zchut, head of research and development for Enzymotec.

In March, Enzymotec expanded its business in China with the opening of its Shanghai office.
