Erie Foods Breaks Ground for New Distribution Center

ROCHELLE, Ill.--Erie Foods International brokeground on a new distribution center to be located west of its existing custommanufacturing facility. Erie will occupy half of the 200,000-square-footfacility; the remaining 100,000 square feet will be available for lease.

"The center has been designed to take advantage of theUnion Pacific Intermodal Railport project," said David Reisenbigler, chiefexecutive officer of Erie Foods. "The Intermodal transportation asset willallow our domestic and international customers to get the materials delivered atmore cost-effective rates."
