ForesTrade, J. Manheimer Announce Partnership

BRATTLEBORO, Vt.--ForesTrade announced a strategic alliancewith Teterboro, N.J.-based J. Manheimer for distribution of ForesTrade's organicessential oils. Manheimer, which was recently certified organic as a processorand handler, is involved in the flavor and fragrance industry. ForesTrade willoffer a product line of organic, steam distilled essential oils to thepartnership. In related company news, ForesTrade (www.forestrade.com)was recognized in Hope's Edge: The Next Diet for a Small Planet (PutnamPublishing Group, 2002), by Frances Moore Lapp and her daughter Anna Lapp.The book focuses on the impact of food on society, how agricultural practices,genetic engineering and "globalization" impact values, and theeconomic climate of a community.
