GM Protests in France Cause Damage
BEAUCAIRE, France--In at least the fourth attack on genetically modified (GM) crops in France since June, a Monsanto testing site for GM corn was destroyed by activists here in August, according to media outlet Reuters. Reportedly, the activists included members of the Confederation Paysanne farm union.
