GTC Nutrition Acquires Nurture Inc.

DEVON, Pa.—GTC Nutrition (www.GTCnutrition.com) acquired Nurture Inc., the manufacturer of OatVantage® brand ingredients. Recapitalized in 2002 by Striker Investments, Nurture Inc. developed an economic “wet” processing technique for oats that enables utilization of its nutritional and functional component parts in a wide variety of food, beverage and personal care applications.
