PARIS--Several companies exhibited at the HealthIngredients Europe show, held here in September. Select companies included:
Colloides Naturels International presented Fibregum and its applications in functional foods to increase soluble fiber and benefit intestinal function.
Degussa's BioActives business unit showed a range of natural ingredients for use in nutritional supplements, functional foods and special nutrition products.
NutriProcess discussed its contract manufacturing capabilities, including spray drying, microencapsulation, co-drying and R&D abilities.
Starlight Products showed a range of bulk ingredients from Africa and Southeast Asia, including aromatic and medicinal plants, resins, water-soluble gums and aromatic gums.
