Huayang International To Acquire Jiahe Medicine Group

SHENYANG, China--Huayang International Holdings Inc. (OTCBB:HIHI)announced a letter of intent to acquire controlling interest in Jiahe MedicineGroup, a pharmaceutical and dietary supplement company based in China. Theacquisition is subject to a number of conditions, including satisfactorycompletion of Jiahe's due diligence and regulatory clearances. Jiahe's productsare sold in China and exported to Singapore and Hong Kong.
