Indena Sells Cosmetic Lines to Greentech

MILAN, ItalyIndena (www.indena.com) transferred its cosmetic fluidextract lines, including the PHYTELENES® and COSMELENE® lines, to the Frenchphytocosmetic company Greentech S.A. The divesture is part of Indenas move tofocus its cosmetic sector business on developing highly purified activeprinciples and standardized dried extracts. Greentech is currently operating inthe ingredient and extract markets, and is building a new production facility tointegrate the new operations.
