Inverness Completes Acquisition of IVC
WALTHAM, Mass.--Inverness Medical Innovations Inc.(AMEX:IMA) completed its acquisition of IVC Industries Inc. (OTCBB:IVCO.OB) as of March 19. This transaction provides Inverness with additional production and distribution resources, while IVC shareholders will be receiving $2.50 in cash for each share of IVC common stock.
