Klockner Pentaplast Acquires Witt Plastics

GORDONSVILLE, Va.--Klockner Pentaplast of America acquiredWitt Plastics Inc. in Greenville, Ohio, for an undisclosed sum. Witt Plastics isa manufacturer of films used in several markets including food and medical. JohnWitt, the former owner, will continue in a consulting role while Jim Steyer willcontinue to serve as Witt's president.
