SANTA ANA, Calif.—The Superior Court of California, County of Orange, issued an order in late October closing a case between Whittier, Calif.-based DNP International and Santa Ana-based Longma Inc. The lawsuit, originally filed in September 2005 by DNP, alleged Longma and its officers used certain trade secrets including a customer list to solicit DNP customers. DNP dismissed the case in early August 2006. In the October order, the court granted Longma litigation costs from DNP.
