Martin Bauer Forms New Company

PARSIPPANY, N.J.--Martin Bauer announced it formed a new company, MB North America, located in California. MB North America will be headed by VolkerWypyszyk, Stefan Wypyszyk and Chris Tower, and the business will focus on the dietary supplement industry. The current Martin Bauer office located here and headed by Allan Himmelstein will focus its efforts exclusively on the food, beverage and tea industries.

Volker Wypyszyk and Tower worked previously with Botanicals International, while Stefan Wypyszyk has also worked in the industry in sales and marketing.
