Mastertaste Announces Management Changes

TETERBORO, N.J.MastertasteInc. (www.mastertaste.com) has altered its global management structure. Thechanges include internal promotion of personnel to new executive-levelpositions.

As our strategic direction becomes more clearly defined,the deployment of our most important resourceour peopleis key to ourlong-term success, said Kevin Lane, president and chief executive officer(CEO). To that end, I am pleased to announce a major realignment of ourglobal structure.

The following executives have been appointed to new postswithin Mastertaste:

Paul Shanahan has assumed the post of managing director,Europe and will be headquartered in Mozzo, Italy. In his new role, Shanahan willbe responsible for business operations in the United Kingdom, Ireland, andWestern Europe. Most recently, Shanahan served as president of Mastertastesnatural products division, which encompasses the companys Manheimer Flavors,SunPure and Crystals business units.

Michael ONeill has been named president of both the companysnatural products division and the Manheimer Fragrance business unit, which willcontinue to operate as separate entities. ONeill had served as the companyschief financial officer (CFO) since 1998.

Shane McGibney has been appointed CFO of Mastertaste Inc. McGibney will be responsible for overseeing corporate finance,as well as IT, purchasing and legal. After six years with Mastertastes parentcompany, the Kerry Group, McGibney most recently served as controller of thecompanys natural products division.

Steve Raphel has been appointed executive vice president ofsales and business development for the Manheimer Fragrance business unit.

Edmond Scanlon has been named vice president of finance forboth the natural products and fragrance business units. Scanlon most recentlyserved with Kerry Group prior to joining Mastertaste in September 2005.

Sidy Dioum has been named general manager of MastertastesChina operation. Dioum joined Kerry Group in 2005 and most recently served asIntegration Manager for Western Europe.
