McNeil Acquires Viactiv Business from Mead Johnson
FORT WASHINGTON, Pa.--McNeil Nutritionals announced in mid-July that it acquired the Viactiv™ nutritional supplements business from Mead JohnsonNutritionals. Terms and conditions of the sale were not disclosed.
Mead Johnson introduced the Viactiv brand in the United States in 1999, and remains best-known for its Soft Calcium Chew.
