PURCHASE, N.Y.Nutrition 21Inc. announced Gail Montgomery resigned as a director and officer of thecompany; she had served as president, chief executive officer (CEO) and adirector since 2000. Paul Intlekofer, Nutrition 21s chief financial officer(CFO) and senior vice president of corporate development, was named chiefoperating officer (COO) and is under consideration for the CEO position.
