Natrol Announces Settlement

CHATSWORTH, Calif.NatrolInc. announced the resolution of two actions filed by the Napa County, SolanoCounty and Sonoma County District Attorneys offices concerning Natrolschitosanbased dietary supplements. The suits alleged unfair competition and Prop65 claims based on the sale of the products. Natrol agreed to an entry ofjudgment against it without the judgment constituting evidence or admission bydefendants of any liability or guilt. The company will pay $250,000 and maycontinue to sell its product, Chitosan 500 mg, in compliance with the judgment.
