Natrol Divests MLM Division
CHATSWORTH, Calif.Natrol Inc.sold the assets of its multilevel marketing (MLM) subsidiary to the divisionssenior distribution and operations partners. The new Annasa International Corp.,headed by David Armstrong, chief executive officer, and David Roudebush, chiefoperations officer, started operations Jan. 1. Terms of the transaction were notdisclosed. Natrol (www.natrol.com) foundedAnnasa in 2002, investing approximately $3 million in the business over the pasttwo years.
