Natrol Establishes European Subsidiary

CHATSWORTH, Calif.—Natrol Inc. established Natrol UK Ltd., a United Kingdom subsidiary that will be headed by Margaret Peet, a well-known UK retailer who has also served as senior vice president and national sales director for GNC in the United States and Canada. According to Wayne Bos, president and chief executive officer (CEO) of Natrol (www.natrol.com), the company currently derives only 10 percent of its revenue from international sales. “Establishment of Natrol UK Ltd. will allow us to pursue additional organic revenue growth overseas,” he said. “Our new presence, coupled with Margaret Peet’s outstanding leadership and industry experience, will provide greater local capability and a better understanding of the marketplace, our customers and our distributor network.”
