PROVO, Utah--Nature's Sunshine Products Inc. (NASDAQ:NATR)reported its board of directors authorized a new common share repurchase planfor up to 1 million additional shares of common stock. Over the last few years,the company has repurchased approximately 3 million shares in the open market;there are still approximately 14.8 million outstanding.
