SOUTH HACKENSACK, N.J. & RANCHO SANTA MARGARITA, Calif.—Naturex and Blue California settled an issue of trademark confusion regarding the GinseniPure® trademark. Naturex (www.naturex.com) is the owner of the GinseniPure registered trademark and is selling the standardized (up to 15 percent ginsenosides), purified ginseng extract. Blue California (http://bluecalingredients. com) rebranded its existing purified Panax ginseng extract as PanaxPure™. Both companies assure their customers that the extracts are quality tested to ensure they are free of pesticide chemical residues such as quintozene and procymidone.
