PARK CITY, UtahNutraceutical International Corp. (NASDAQ:NUTR)reported May 30 it entered into a purchase and sale agreement to acquire allstock of M.K. Health Food Distributors Inc., dba Natures Life. Purchase termswill be available following closing, which is expected to occur on or beforeJune 30. M.K. Health Food Distributors markets and distributes more than 400SKUs under the Natures Life brand.
